What an incredible day! 🌟 Mrs. Funai and Mrs. Campbell's classes stepped back in time to the 1700s with a visit to Colonial Williamsburg! 🏛️✨ They learned how early Virginians lived, toured the elegant Governor’s Mansion, and walked the historic cobblestone streets. The hands-on activities truly brought history to life!

2024 PowderPuff is in the books! Our seniors came out on top winning the championship after defeating the freshmen and the sophomores. Our cheerleaders did an awesome job cheering on the teams. Fun was had by all! Thanks to all of the support through ticket sales and donations as this event will help all of these items and money go directly towards our service projects this year!!

On Friday, Mrs. Funai and Mrs. Campbell's Transitions classes took a field trip to Food Lion to learn how to budget, plan, and prepare a meal.




Our JROTC students held a beautiful Veterans Day ceremony today, honoring the heroes who have served our country! 🇺🇸❤️ Their sacrifices inspire us all. Let’s take a moment to remember and appreciate those who protect our freedom.





What an incredible day at the high school! Our Unified Basketball teams played today, and our 9th and 10th graders came out in full support, cheering for everyone on the court! 🎉👏 It’s amazing to see such teamwork and spirit. 🏀💙

Service Learning I & II got together for our first service trip of the year to The Cornerstone! We worked hard cleaning and organizing to help our community development center and giving back to our community. #LearningtoServe #ServiceLearning

Students in Ms. Pinder's Sports Medicine I class collaborated to build models of the knee using Play-doh and label all parts, including bones, ligaments, and muscle groups. Great job, everyone!











Congratulations to our runners on an excellent performance at their regional race held on Monday at Bruton High School where they competed against 13 other schools. The girls are the VHSL 2A Region A Champions and the boys are the VHSL Region A Runner-Ups.
Awarded All Region honors for placing in the top 10 are:

Callie Hurson (8th)
Logan Johnson (9th)
Both teams will advance to the State meet held on November 16th at Virginia Tech.
