King William County Public Schools is pleased to announce that the School Board has appointed Darrell Pankratz as the next Superintendent of King William County Public Schools, effective July 1, 2026.

Mr. Pankratz brings a strong background in education and school division leadership, along with a commitment to supporting students, staff, families, and the broader school community. As he begins his work in King William County, his focus will be on listening, learning, building relationships, and working collaboratively to support the continued success of our schools.
